Prof. Nnamdi Ikechukwu Samuel is an erudite Finance scholar and ex-banker.
He is currently the Acting Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences of the
University of Port Harcourt. He is the Board Chairman, Entity Microfinance
Bank Limited. He holds a B.SC degree in Economics, MBA, M.Sc and Ph.D in
Finance.
He is a consummate professional and Fellow, Chartered Institute of
Financial and Investment Analyst of Nigeria, Fellow, Chartered Institute of
Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria and a member of the Academy of Management
of Nigeria.
Prof. Nnamdi will provide leadership and strategic guidance to the Board in
the light of his expansive depth of banking experience spanning over twenty
years at the top echelon of the banking industry. His agility, intellectual
prowess and professional experience especially in credit risk management will
dovetail as invaluable assets to the Board of Entity Microfinance Bank Ltd.

Hon. Ajilesoro Taofeek Abimbola is a seasoned entrepreneur. He was
born on the 15th of May, 1978 at Ife Central in Ife Central Local
Government Area of Osun State.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology, Higher National
Diploma (HND) in Science Laboratory Technology (SLT)/Microbiology.
Hon. Ajilesoro is an astute politician and currently an honorable member
of the Nigerian House of Representatives (9th Assembly).
He is also the Chief Executive Officer/CEO, of Ajilesoro Motors Ltd,
Seonbola Global Logistics and Handler Ltd and Director, Ajilesoro Farms
and Abike Hotels and Suites. He is also a senior partner at Pere-wei
Nigeria Ltd and SHEA Globe Logistics Nigeria Ltd.
Hon. Ajilesoro business acumen will be an invaluable asset to the Board
of Entity MFB Ltd.

Mr. Lucky Ugboko is a Fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants of
Nigeria (ICAN). He was born on November 26, 1971 at Ika north-east local
Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria. He holds M.Sc and B.Sc degrees
in Finance and Banking and a HND in Food Science & Technology.
Mr. Ugboko has profound experience in banking having served both in Equitorial
Trust Bank Ltd and Sterling Bank Plc from 2011 to 2015. He also had a stint at
Akintola Williams Deloitte, Port Harcourt. He is presently the Ag. Chief Internal
Auditor, University of Nigeria Nsukka, Enugu State.
Mr. Ugboko’s independent judgment will indeed be an invaluable asset to the Board
of Entity Microfinance Bank Ltd.

Mr. James-Nwibana-Jolly is a top notch Civil Engineer. He holds a B.Tech
in Civil Engineering from Rivers state University of Science and Technology,
Port Harcourt and has profound experience in project management especially
in construction projects.
He is the Managing Director/ CEO of Peniel Engineering Ltd. Mr James Nwibana-Jolly
wields inexhaustible experience in strategic management from diverse organizations
such as Wellinda Business Resources Ltd, Julius Berger Ltd, FKJ Engineering Ltd.
Mr. James-Nwibana’s youthful vibrancy, business acumen and deftness will be of
immense advantage to the Board of Entity MFB Ltd.

Mr.Ikekwere Francis is a Chartered Accountant. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in
Accountancy from the Polytechnic Ibadan and a Bachelor of Science (B.SC) degree in
Finance and Banking from University of Port Harcourt.
He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a certified
member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
His vast experience in banking spans from 2006 to 2015. He started his banking career in MBC International
Bank and later served as the Head of Internal Control both at Cosmopolitan MFB and Midland MFB in Port
Harcourt after a stint as the Head of Finance and Accounts department at Cosmopolitan MFB ltd,
Port Harcourt. He is married with children.

Barrister Okeesan Akindele Oluwaseun is a legal luminary and Administrator
per excellence. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in law (LLb) from Obafemi Awolowo
University Ibadan and Barrister at laws BL (Hons) from the Nigerian Law school,
Enugu where he was called to bar.
He has expansive experience in legal practice and intellectually equipped to serve
as the company/Legal Adviser of Entity MFB Ltd.
Before his appointment as the company Secretary/ Legal Adviser of Entity MFB Ltd,
he had acquired a vast experience and professional expertise in corporate legal
matters from his private practice.
